Many of the high end searches we conduct require a higher degree of privacy. Therefore, we do not list these searches generally. People are surprised to learn many tax jobs at the executive level are not listed because companies are often searching internally and externally at the executive level. We specialize in this type of tax executive search activity. We will post tax job descriptions from time to time, but we often have much deeper knowledge of high-level tax searches than appear online.
Every tax executive search we conduct, requires highly specialized targeted research to identify a pool of tax professionals with the requisite skills and expertise. After identifying tax candidates, we contact them to determine if they would consider another opportunity that advances their career. We then conduct a lengthy private interview to determine the best for the tax executive’s carer goals and match this information with our client company’s specific needs. This is often a lengthy and thoughtful process to ensure the best interests of both candidates and company.
